Sie werden wohlumsorgt und richten sich ihre Tage mit verschiedensten Beschäftigungen ein, die auf ihre Bedürfnisse abgestimmt sind. Neben vier Altersabteilungen gibt es zwei Abteilungen, welche speziell auf die Bedürfnisse alter Menschen mit emotionalen Problemen ausgerichtet sind. Ausserdem stehen jederzeit zwei Ärzte für die gesundheitlichen Anliegen zur Verfügung. Besonders geschätzt wird der grosszügige Komfort der Einzelzimmer für alle Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner. |
Die neue grosse Wäscherei überzeugt«Endlich haben wir eine grosse Wäscherei mit allen notwendigen Geräten. Jetzt können wir ökologischer und effizienter waschen, trocknen, mangeln und bügeln,» meint die HMS-Leiterin und zeigt stolz auf den grosszügigen Wäschereibereich. Stand vorher wenig Raum für die Gesamtwäsche zur Verfügung, gibt es nun eine top-professionelle Wäscherei-Lösung, die Schulthess präzise für die HMS-Erfordernisse entwickelt und umgesetzt hat. Der Entscheid für Schulthess ist HMS leicht gefallen: ein überzeugendes Preisangbot, positive Erfahrungen aus der Vergangenheit und ein durch Schulthess erarbeitetes WäschereiLösungs-Konzept, haben in der Evaluationsphase überzeugt. Neu wird mit proLine- und industrial-Waschmaschinen und -Wäschetrocknern gewaschen und getrocknet, im Finishing-Bereich werden die verschiedensten Textilien mittels Mangel und Bügelstationen makellos gepflegt. Mit den vorprogrammierten und schnellen Schulthess-Programmen ist man zügiger unterwegs, was Waschmittel, Strom, Geld und Zeit spart. |
Mit Schulthess gibt es keine Grenzen mehr!Durch die Zeitersparnis stehen Kapazitäten für kleinere, regionale externe Wäscherei-Kunden zur Verfügung. So konnte schon ein WäscheAuftrag für eine externe Altersresidenz angenommen werden. Die drei HMS-Wäscherei-Angestellten und eine Lehrtochter waschen nun nicht nur die eigenen anspruchsvollen Textilien, sie punkten auch beim externen Kunden. «Hätten wir die neue Wäscherei nicht grosszügig geplant, wäre dieser Auftrag unmöglich abzuwickeln,» meint Frau Nanchen, die erfahrenste und verantwortliche Wäscherei-Mitarbeiterin. «Wir können aber noch mehr bieten: Alle HMS-Mitarbeitenden können ihre Textilien wie Mäntel, Skianzüge, Deux-Pieces etc. zu einem günstigen Preis zu uns bringen. Dank dem Schulthess-WetClean-System wird alles schonend und werterhaltend gepflegt. Das wird sehr geschätzt.» Und abschliessend meint Frau Nanchen, dass sie einfach alles, wirklich alles waschen kann: «Il n’y a plus de limites avec Schulthess!» |

The HMS retirement home with its innovative range of services for Fribourg and the catchment area impresses with its professional care and constant new approaches to the well-being of its residents. The focus is on quality, including in the laundry. This has just been significantly expanded and now also works for external customers. The HMS retirement home is located in the countryside right next to Fribourg in Villars-sur-Glâne on a hill with a view of the beautiful countryside. Elderly people from Villars-sur-Glâne and the surrounding communities (Saane district) spend the autumn of their days here. They are well cared for and arrange their days with a wide variety of activities that are tailored to their needs. In addition to four old-age wards, there are two wards that are specially designed to meet the needs of elderly people with emotional problems. Two doctors are also available at all times to address health-related concerns. The ample comfort of the single rooms for all residents is particularly appreciated.
The large new laundry is impressive‘Finally we have a big laundry with all the necessary appliances. Now we can wash, dry, iron and press more ecologically and efficiently,’ says the manager of HMS, pointing proudly to the spacious laundry area. Whereas previously there was little space available for the entire laundry, there is now a professional laundry solution developed and implemented by Schulthess precisely for the requirements of HMS. The decision in favour of Schulthess was easy for HMS: a convincing price offer, positive experiences from the past and a laundry solution concept developed by Schulthess were impressive in the evaluation phase. proLine and industrial washing machines and dryers are now used for washing and drying, while in the finishing area a wide variety of fabrics are immaculately cared for by means of rotary ironers and ironing stations. With the preprogrammed and fast Schulthess programmes, you can move more quickly, which saves detergent, electricity, money and time. |
With Schulthess there are no more limits!The time saved means that capacity is available for smaller, regional external laundry customers. A laundry contract for an external retirement home has already been accepted. The three HMS laundry employees and an apprentice now not only wash their own demanding fabrics, but they also serve external customers. ‘If we had not planned the new laundry on a large-scale basis, this job would have been impossible to handle,’ says Ms Nanchen, the most experienced and senior laundry employee. ‘But we can offer even more: All the HMS employees can bring their garments such as coats, ski suits, two-piece suits, etc., to us at a favourable price. Thanks to the Schulthess wetClean system, everything is cared for gently and in a way that preserves its value. That is very much appreciated.’ And finally, Ms Nanchen says that she can easily wash everything, absolutely everything: ‘Il n’y a plus de limites avec Schulthess!’ |

Avec Schulthess il n’y a plus de limitesLe Home médicalisé de la Sarine offre à Fribourg et ses environs une approche innovante, un accompagnement professionnel et des améliorations constantes pour le bien-être des ses pensionnaires. Et pour la blanchisserie aussi, le home mise sur la qualité. Les services en la matière ont été considérablement élargis et travaillent désormais également pour des clients externes. Installé dans un cadre verdoyant, au sommet d’une colline avec vue sur la campagne environnante, le Home médicalisé de la Sarine se trouve à Villars-sur-Glâne, à deux pas de Fribourg. Il accueille les anciens de Villars-sur-Glâne et des communes voisines (district de la Sarine) qui viennent y passer leurs vieux jours. Là, ils sont entièrement pris en charge et peuvent consacrer leurs journées aux occupations les plus variées, en fonction de leurs besoins. Le home compte au total six services dédiés au grand âge, dont deux sont spécialement conçus pour répondre aux besoins des personnes âgées atteintes de troubles psychologiques. Deux médecins sont disponibles en permanence pour tous les aspects médicaux. Le confort des chambres individuelles est particulièrement apprécié des résidentes et résidents. |
La spacieuse nouvelle buanderie fait l’unanimitéNous disposons enfin d’une grande buanderie dotée de tous les équipements nécessaires. Con la sua offerta innovativa per Friburgo e relativo bacino d’utenza, la casa per anziani HMS convince per l’assistenza professionale e la ricerca continua di nuove soluzioni a beneficio dei suoi residenti. Punta sulla qualità, anche nella lavanderia. Ultimamente è stata nettamente ampliata e nel frattempo lavora anche per clienti esterni. La casa per anziani HMS è situata nel verde a Villars-sur-Glâne, vicino a Friburgo, su una collina con vista sul bel paesaggio. Gli anziani di Villars-sur-Glâne e dei comuni circostanti (distretto della Sarine) trascorrono qui l’autunno della loro
vita. Sono assistiti nel migliore dei modi e trascorrono le loro giornate con occupazioni varie, in sintonia con le loro esigenze individuali. Oltre ai quattro reparti per anziani, la casa ne dispone di altri due concepiti su misura per le persone anziane con problemi emotivi. Due medici sono sempre disponibili per fornire tutta l’assistenza medica necessaria. Particolarmente apprezzato è il generoso comfort delle camere singole.
La nuova grande lavanderia convince«Finalmente abbiamo una grande lavanderia dotata di tutti i macchinari necessari. Ora possiamo lavare, asciugare, lavorare col mangano e stirare in modo più ecologico ed efficiente», spiega la direttrice di HMS mostrando con orgoglio l’ampia lavanderia. Dove prima c’era solo uno spazio esiguo per l’intero bucato, oggi c’è una vera soluzione di lavanderia professionale sviluppata e realizzata da Schulthess in funzione delle esigenze specifiche della casa. Per HMS non è stato difficile affidarsi a Schulthess: in fase di valutazione, l’offerta concorrenziale, le esperienze positive fatte in passato e il progetto completo di lavanderia elaborato da Schulthess hanno semplificato la scelta. Oggi il lavaggio e l’asciugatura sono affidati a lavatrici e asciugatrici proLine e industrial e nella zona di finitura i tessuti più disparati vengono curati al meglio alle postazioni di manganatura e di stiratura. Grazie ai rapidi programmi preimpostati, tutto avviene con maggiore rapidità, con conseguente risparmio di detersivo, corrente, tempo e denaro. |
Con Schulthess non ci sono più limiti!Il risparmio di tempo ha creato capacità addizionali per soddisfare anche piccoli clienti esterni regionali. Si è potuto ad esempio assumere il servizio lavanderia per una residenza per anziani esterna. Le tre dipendenti della lavanderia HMS e un’apprendista non lavano quindi solo i difficili tessuti della casa, ma soddisfano anche i bisogni del cliente esterno. «Se non avessimo pianificato una lavanderia così spaziosa sarebbe stato impossibile assumere questo incarico», afferma la signora Nanchen, la responsabile e la più esperta delle tre addette alla lavanderia. «Ma facciamo anche di più: tutti i dipendenti di HMS possono far lavare da noi a un prezzo conveniente i loro capi tessili quali cappotti, completi da sci, tailleur ecc. Grazie al sistema Wet-Clean di Schulthess i capi vengono puliti con delicatezza e in modo da preservarne il valore. Un fattore molto apprezzato da tutti».
