Hotel Mürren Palace – exklusive Gastlichkeit trifft auf durchdachte Wäschereitechnik

Professional

I prezzi e l’assortimento possono cambiare in qualsiasi momento. 4.2 L’utente è tenuto a verificare immediatamente i prodotti consegnati e denunciare eventuali difetti o difformità entro dieci (10) giorni, per iscritto, contattando l’online shop. Trascorso tale termine, potranno essere denunciati solo i vizi occulti. 5. Orders 3.1 The presentation of the products in the Online Shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order one or more products from Schulthess. 3.2 An order shall be deemed to be an offer to enter into a contract with Schulthess. 3.3 After submitting your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt documenting that the order has been received by Schulthess. After receipt of this confirmation of receipt, you can no longer change the order. 3.4 Schulthess is entitled to refuse orders in whole or in part without stating reasons. You have to bear the costs for the return. Upon receipt, we will refund the price you have paid using the payment method you selected in your order. 7. Warranty 7.1 Schulthess excludes all warranties for any second-hand device purchased in the Online Shop on behalf of a company. 7.2 Otherwise, Schulthess warrants that the delivered products will be free from defects in design, material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery, provided they are used properly, and that they comply with the contractual specifications. Proper use in this sense means storage, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance in accordance with the product specifications or recognised industry practice. 7.3 Schulthess’s liability shall not extend to (a) traces of use or wear of second-hand appliances existing at the time the contract was concluded or (b) failure of new products as a result of wear, misuse or improper use, neglect of maintenance obligations or as a result of repairs or modifications not carried out by Schulthess. 7.4 Your warranty rights are governed by the Swiss Code of Obligations and include repair, replacement or return.
